Respectful Behavior

  • Treat the apartment and communal areas with respect and care.
  • Consideration for neighbors regarding noise levels, especially during nighttime hours.
  • NO PARTIES
  • NO LOUD  MUSIC AFTER 10 PM
  • Cleanliness Maintain cleanliness in the apartment; housekeeping services are provided, but basic tidiness is appreciated.
  • Proper disposal of garbage and recycling.

Safety

  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines provided by House of  Cheema.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

No Smoking Policy

  • All apartments are non-smoking to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
  • Designated smoking areas are provided if needed.
  • NO SMOKING INDOORS

Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome in specific apartments with prior arrangements.
  • Pet owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and cleanliness.

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures

  • Adherence to check-in and check-out times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.
  • Communicate any special requests or changes in schedule with the management team in advance.
  •  Check out 11am (later check out available for a FEE.).
