• Please note that parties and loud music are not allowed in this property.
• This is a very peaceful residential area 
• £250 penalty fee for any disturbances caused.
•  £100 replacement fee charge for any lost keys.
•  Provide a hotel-like furnished accommodation of services in all of our properties.
• To make your stay as comfortable as possible, a weekly cleaning service is provided, keeping the flat clean and well-maintained.
•  For security and insurance purposes, lead guest will be required to provide valid ID prior to check-in which will be requested through a secure link via third party online check in service.
